Returns Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for defective products or if the wrong item was provided.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- the request must be made within 7 days of delivery or pickup
- the product must be unused and in its original packaging, unless the item is defective
- proof of purchase may be required
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- used or installed non-defective products
- opened non-defective products
- installation labour
- delivery charges
- custom-ordered or special-order items, if applicable
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- your name
- order details
- photos of the product and packaging
- a short description of the issue
If approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Bundled Installation Orders
If a product is supplied as part of an installation service, any product issue must be reported promptly so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible defective or incorrect items, subject to product availability.
